From Hemmingway to Chinese Newlyweds

There is a strange phenomenon in college student work ethic where the amount an assignment is worth has little correlation with how much it is prioritized. Of course, I would never fall to this standard, so I made sure to make this paper (worth 30% of my grade) a #1 priority the day it was due, up until 2:30 when submissions closed.

 So, don't feel bad if you clean your room during exams, go out for a second lunch when there's a homework assignment due, or stop work to call Stacy saying you're bored and have nothing on the agenda. People who love writing, hate writing assignments, and people who love knowledge, hate studying for tests. But, people who love succeeding do both anyways, even if it means dabbling in the heart-wrenching drama of procrastination every once in a while.

In the words of Hemingway: "There is nothing to writing. All you do is sit down at a typewriter and bleed."
