Fairfield Mortgage "Intern for a Day Update"

So, yesterday I was officially inducted into Fairfield Mortgage for their "Intern for a Day Program." Basically, I have been given a super lucky contact who will take a day out of meeting sales quotas for food and shelter to attend to my needs and general collegiate curiosity.

Annnd it just so happens the lucky winner is (*drumroll*)... James Williamson! Rookie of the year loan officer, dedicated paterfamilias, and a straight shooting protestant man with a shining sales career. Now, although I am ultimately focused on getting a job in investment, I am really excited for this opportunity. Many of these loan officers work on commission, for which I have no shortage of respect. Salesmen aren't about tweaking the numbers to put a dollar in their pocket, they're about the Customer!, the Charisma!, and still, yes, the Cash! I'm currently undergoing additional research about the firm and how it ties into Shelter Mortgage and "Guaranty" Bank, but hopefully more updates to follow.

My future homies for a day. (James Williamson is back row, fourth from the right with the red and white tie.)
